We conducted a qualitative study with pros to validate the “launchpad” concept for the updated project page and how it connects to the unified workspace. The research was focused on user needs, evaluating engagement with key features, and getting reactions to our more integrated, product-forward workflow.
The sessions combined open-ended interview questions with a prototype walkthrough.

We're running moderated and unmoderated studies with pros to validate our unified workspace concept, test user understanding of our products and upgrade paths, and ensure the experience works for professional workflows.
The moderated test combines our full product suite with interviews and prototype walkthroughs. The unmoderated tests focus on new professional users who aren't familiar with Hover's products.
We’re conducting moderated and unmoderated qualitative studies with consumers to better understand them and their needs, gather feedback on the concept of an end-to-end home improvement solution, and identify the key value drivers for our consumer product offering.
The research consists of 1:1 interviews (including Unity prototype walkthrough), unmoderated Unity tests, a survey, and secondary research.
We conducted an unmoderated study with six seller’s agents to better understand their workflows and evaluate interest in potential product features. The research was focused on uncovering key pain points in the end-to-end listing and sales process, and gauging perceived value and purchase interest in various floor plan and workflow features.
The sessions include open-ended discovery questions and visual stimuli to get insights on tool usage, feature resonance, and opportunities for product development.
